Not sure how I missed this one. I got an email from Godaddy offering two .net domains for $10. Since one major goal of this blog is to create killer surfer traps, some good search engine friendly .net domains work perfect. When developing domains for our surfer traps we don’t need a good .com as a .net will work just as good. I am probably going shopping later today and grab some for a niche I want to do a surfer trap on.

When choosing domain names for a surfer trap, think how and to what sources you want to send your traffic to. For me on this project, I want the following: a hub for free sites, a hub for avs sites, a VOD theater, a fake top list, a fake tgp, and a webcam site that I can use to market some live shows. I may even add in a domain that has keywords in it that is micro niche of the main niche I am going after just to see if I can grab some extra Google traffic.
